By adding Enveil to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and stop using its features.
Enveil is a multipurpose Discord bot that provides music playback, moderation tools, an economy system, voice room management, utility commands, and webhook logging. The bot is provided free of charge.
You agree not to abuse, exploit, or intentionally disrupt Enveil's services. This includes but is not limited to: spamming commands, attempting to exploit the economy system, using the bot to harass other users, or attempting to access data that does not belong to you.
You are responsible for how the bot is configured and used within your server. Server owners and administrators are responsible for ensuring the bot is used in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
We do our best to keep Enveil online and running, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The bot may go offline for maintenance, updates, or due to issues beyond our control. We are not liable for any disruption caused by downtime.
Enveil's in-bot currency and economy features hold no real-world monetary value. Virtual balances, items, and shop purchases exist solely within the bot and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove economy data at any time.
Enveil provides moderation tools (kick, ban, mute, warn, logging) as utilities for server administrators. The Enveil team is not responsible for how these tools are used. Misuse of moderation features is the responsibility of the server's staff.
We reserve the right to restrict or blacklist any user or server from using Enveil at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these terms.
Enveil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of the bot. Use Enveil at your own risk.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced in our support server.
